Idaho Bride Magazine loved getting the inside scoop on this winter wonderland wedding...enjoy Bryce and Teagan's journey from start to finish!
Married just after Christmas
provided the perfect venue for Bryce and Teagan’s Winter Wonderland
wedding. White and Silver with
highlights of frosty blue adorned the Willard Arts Center in Idaho Falls.
Bryce and Teagan first met in 2004 while they
attended Hillcrest High School. While
Bryce was immediately drawn to Teagan, it took him almost a year before he
could even get the courage to talk to her.
But as soon as they talked they were instant friends. Whether it was supporting each other in high school
activities or just hanging out with family, the two were always together.
In 2007, Bryce moved to Pocatello to attend ISU and
Teagan stayed at Hillcrest to finish her last year of high school. The couple would talk intermittently, but
they found themselves slowly growing apart.
In the summer of 2009, Bryce moved back to Idaho Falls to work. They began talking again and were soon
spending a lot of time together. What
had started as a close friendship was transforming into love.
The problem was that Teagan would be moving to Utah at the end of the summer. Both knew the distance would be hard, so they decided to say goodbye for a time, instead of risk slowly growing apart, damaging their relationship permanently. Teagan said, “We didn’t want to say goodbye, but we knew it wouldn’t be forever.”

For the next year the two stayed friends, but
nothing more. They talked every once in
a while, but went as long as eight months without seeing each other.
